This circa 1920 City markets Building, located at Market Place required an up to-date IEP to be established. Due to the age of the structure there was limited historic information available in the form of structural drawings. The client required some investigation works to determine the structural integrity of the structure. Based on a scope prepared the structural design engineer, Seitech were engaged to; use both non-intrusive and intrusive methods to confirm the extent of the reinforcement within structural elements; sketch the findings and prepare reports so the structural engineers could undertake further analysis of the structure. |
